The Student Affairs Department informs students whose names are on the official list of merit scholarship recipients for the 2023-2024 academic year to provide personal information for the scholarship bank transfer as follows:

Steps to provide personal information for receiving the scholarship bank transfer:
- Students provide information online at the link: https://forms.gle/r66xmGGY1yaScfgTA
- Information required from students:
+ Full name, student ID number, class code, Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) number, and contact phone number;
+ Personal bank account information from one of the following preferred banks: Agribank, Vietinbank, Vietcombank, TPBank, Sacombank, and Techcombank (Including bank account number and the bank branch where the account was opened). Instructions for providing bank branch information: see details in the (attached file).
- Submission period: from July 4, 2025 to the end of July 13, 2025.
- The Accounting Department is expected to transfer the scholarship after July 29, 2025.
*Note:
– The bank account holder must be the student themselves. The Accounting Department will not process cases where students borrow an account that is not registered under their own official name.
– Students must carefully double-check their personal information as well as their account number at the time of submission (avoid confusing it with the card number), and provide the CCCD used to open that bank account.
– The University will not resolve any cases if the student fails to provide account information in accordance with the guidance and within the specified time frame mentioned above.
- Prescribed scholarship levels:
– Based on the scholarship rates according to the Scholarship Regulations of Nguyen Tat Thanh University (issued together with Decision No. 752/QD-NTT dated November 9, 2020 by the President);
– Based on the scholarship budget approved by the University Council – Board of Management, the merit scholarship levels for the 2023-2024 academic year are specified as follows:
