In order to recognize the task performance results of the Class Monitor Boards in May 2026 and to serve as a basis for evaluating the Class Monitor Board’s work for Phase 2 of the 2025 – 2026 academic year, the Department of Student Affairs notifies you of the implementation of the Class Monitor Board Task Evaluation Form as follows:
Target audience:
Class Monitor – Youth Union Secretary Vice Class Monitor – Student Association Chair————
Not applicable to
Class Monitor Boards holding positions in the final semester of their training program; Class Monitor Boards currently under disciplinary action or suspension according to the University’s regulations.————

Important notes-
Class Monitor Board members self-evaluate their task completion results and attach supporting evidence directly on the form.

Cases that fail to complete the evaluation form on time will be considered as not having completed the Class Monitor Board duties for the month.

After the specified deadline, any feedback or complaints regarding the evaluation results will not be resolved.
