On the afternoon of March 30, 2026, at Auditorium A.801, the Finals of the “Designing Creative Publications with Nguyen Tat Thanh Brand” competition took place successfully, wrapping up an impressive creative journey for the students.



The competition is an academic playground combining creativity and practical application, helping students express their ideas on specific products that bear their personal stamp and clearly reflect the brand spirit of the university. This is also an activity within the program series celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026) and the 27th anniversary of Nguyen Tat Thanh University’s establishment (June 5, 1999 – June 5, 2026).
The Board of Judges included: Comrade Tran Quoc Huy – Deputy Secretary of the City Civil Servants Youth Union; MSc. Nguyen Tran Nhu Quynh – Director of the Admissions Counseling Center; MSc. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao – Secretary of the University’s Youth Union, Acting Head of the Student Affairs Department; Dr. Nguyen Huu Thuan Anh – Deputy Head of the Science and Technology Department; MSc. Le Hai Hong Phong – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts.
Speaking at the program, MSc. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao – Secretary of the University’s Youth Union, Acting Head of the Student Affairs Department, shared that in a modern context where innovation and branding have become key factors in the development of any organization, creating products and playgrounds that connect students’ creative thinking, practical skills, and market needs is absolutely essential. According to MSc. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao, the new features of this year’s competition focused on 3 main points:

- Students actively execute real-world products.
- Students get initial exposure to intellectual property and product commercialization from their own ideas.
- Students have progressively connected their learning with market demands and the university’s brand.

The “Designing Creative Publications with NTTU Brand” 2026 competition attracted the participation of over 300 students from 14 faculties and institutes. Among them, the unit with the highest number of submissions was the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts, followed by the Faculty of Creative Communications in second place. Concurrently, the online voting activity also attracted over 62,000 reaches, contributing to the widespread reach of the competition.
In the final round, the top 20 teams showcased their products and introductory posters, while presenting their design stories and concepts. The highlight of the 20 excellent products present at the finals today was that they did not stop at ideas but were materialized into specific, highly practical products carrying a strong Nguyen Tat Thanh brand identity.

Evaluating the submissions, MSc. Le Hai Hong Phong – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts, expressed his surprise and impression at the quality of the products materialized from ideas by Nguyen Tat Thanh University students themselves.
According to MSc. Le Hai Hong Phong, many products not only demonstrated excellent creative thinking but also clearly conveyed the brand message, while maintaining high practical applicability in reality.
The Board of Judges also selected a number of outstanding products to continue providing advice and feedback for refinement, aiming towards production potential to effectively serve admissions work and the University’s external relations activities.

In the final results, the First Prize went to student Vo Thien Nhan from the Faculty of Business Administration with the NTTU Thermos Tumbler product. The Second Prize went to student Do Nguyen Anh Khoa from the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts with an A5 notebook and tote bag product. With the NTTU Thermos Bottle product line, student Dong Vu Hoang Phat from the Faculty of Architecture – Interior – Applied Fine Arts excellently won the Third Prize overall.
Additionally, the organizing committee also awarded 02 Creative Impression awards, 02 Kindness Inspiration awards, 03 NTTU Identity awards, and the Most Voted Product award.
