When you officially become a student at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, the university will provide you with an account on the Academic Affairs Department website (http://phongdaotao2.ntt.edu.vn/) so you can look up information and perform academic requests such as course registration, applying for certificates, etc.
Your default password will always be the password provided during the online orientation session at the beginning of the course, and the username will always be your student ID number. For that reason, if you do not change your password, others might log into your account to perform unwanted course registration or sabotage your account, causing many unexpected issues for you.
To change your personal account password, first please access the website http://phongdaotao.ntt.edu.vn/ to proceed with the password change process.
Fill in the required information in the above order from 1 to 3: enter the security code, and click log in ( default password )
After logging in, please click on your name at the top right corner of the screen to open the account functions and select the box “Change Password” right below your name as illustrated below.
Once you click that button, the website will automatically redirect to the password change page with the password change function panel. Fill in the required information in the boxes:
Box 1: Enter your current password (default password if you are changing your password for the first time)
Box 2: Enter your new password here
Box 3: Re-enter the password you just typed in Box 2 and click the “Save” button
Note:
1/ Students must not share their password with others to protect their account.
2/ The password created by the student should be easy for themselves to remember. If you forget your password, you must contact the Student Affairs Department at your current campus to submit an application for a password reissue and pay a fee of 20,000 VND.
