NTTU Equips Students with Professional Resilience, Preparing Them for the Professional Labor Market

The 5th Entrepreneur Exchange Program under the theme “The Bravery of the New Era Student – Ready for a Professional Labor Market” at Hall A801, 300A Nguyen Tat Thanh facility provided students with the opportunity to meet experts, enhance professional bravery, update labor market trends, and equip themselves with necessary preparations before entering the working environment.

This was a career orientation and practical skills development program organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University on the morning of July 21, 2026.

Attending the program, on behalf of the guest speaker was Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Human Resources Forecasting Expert, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Education Association.

Representing Nguyen Tat Thanh University were the presence of Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Vice President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Hai Chau – Head of the Enterprise Relations and Student Employment Department; M.Sc. Duong Thi Kim Xoa – Deputy Head of the Enterprise Relations and Student Employment Department, along with leaders of faculties, institutes, and a large number of participating students.

Delivering the opening speech at the program, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Vice President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University emphasized that in the context of a constantly changing labor market, students need to prepare themselves with not only foundational professional knowledge but also professional bravery, adaptability, and a spirit of learning in the face of increasingly high demands from enterprises.

According to Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, the University always identifies expanding business connections and enhancing practical experiential activities as one of the important directions to help students access the working environment right while still on campus. Through exchange programs, seminars, enterprise visits, and job fairs, students have more opportunities to learn practical experience, better understand the requirements of employers, and proactively build their own career development roadmaps.

Within the framework of the program, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan delivered the thematic presentation “The Bravery of the New Era Student – Ready for a Professional Labor Market,” sharing many practical perspectives on human resource development trends, recruitment requirements of enterprises, as well as competencies that young people need to prepare to enhance their competitiveness in the modern working environment.

The atmosphere of the program became lively during the interactive session between the speaker and students. Numerous questions were raised revolving around career orientation, adaptation skills for the working environment, recruitment requirements, and factors helping students gain a competitive edge after graduation.

Through direct dialogue, students not only had their career concerns addressed but also accessed various practical experiences from the expert’s perspective, contributing to raising awareness of proactive learning, skill training, and building professional bravery while still sitting in university lecture halls.

To encourage enthusiastic participation, the Organizing Committee presented gifts to students who asked great questions and showed impressive interaction during the program.
