The Department of Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Youth Union – Student Association Office of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, has completed the aggregation of online assessment forms and announced the provisional results for the Concurrent Class Monitor Board Performance Evaluation for January, Academic Year 2025 – 2026
The detailed list is attached, which includes reminders for notes you need to consider or cases evaluated as “Unsatisfactory.”————-
All Class Monitor Board members are required to:
Carefully review your individual evaluation results Verify your personal information (Full name, Student ID, Position…) to ensure accuracy If you have any feedback or queries regarding the evaluation results, please contact via email (please use your student email for communication):• bcsl@ntt.edu.vn (Department of Student Affairs)
• btloan@ntt.edu.vn (Youth Union – Student Association Office)
Deadline for receiving feedback: until the end of May 15, 2026.————-
Important notes: Class Monitor Board members will only be recognized as having “Completed duties” when evaluated as “Satisfactory” by BOTH DEPARTMENTS. After the above deadline, the Department of Student Affairs and the Youth Union – Student Association Office will not receive or process any feedback related to the January 2026 evaluation round.————-
