Event attendance lists
To assist Youth Union members and students in withdrawing their Youth Union membership books for the purposes of transferring union activities, completing personal records, or other related needs, the Youth Union – Student Association Office hereby announces the registration period for Youth Union book withdrawal in June 2026.
Students and Youth Union members who need to withdraw their Youth Union membership profiles, please register according to the following process:
Step 1: Access the registration link: https://forms.gle/vZacMWexHx6BKKJe9 Step 2: Fill in all required information completely and accurately in the form, especially: full name, student ID, class (fill in completely; in case there is no class transfer code or major code, it can be skipped), faculty, personal Gmail, contact phone number, and information related to the Youth Union membership profile. Step 3: Double-check the information and submit the registration form. Step 4: After the registration period, the University Youth Union – Student Association Office will verify the information, review the files, and process the withdrawal of the Youth Union membership profile for students. Step 5: Students will be contacted with the results via the Gmail and phone number registered in the form. After receiving the notification, students follow the instructions to collect their Youth Union membership profile at their registered campus or provide additional information if required.
Registration period: From June 3, 2026, to the end of June 10, 2026.
Note:Students please fill in accurate information and regularly check your Gmail and phone after the registration period ends so as not to miss notices from the University Youth Union – Student Association Office.
