🚨 RECOGNIZING “TRICKS” OF PROXY TESTING AND EXAM CHEATING
👤 Impersonating someone else / Having someone else do the test for you (whether offline or online exams).
💳 Using fake documents, borrowing someone else’s Student ID or Citizen ID card to “fool” the proctors.
💻 Hiring someone to do the test or using “guaranteed pass” or “proxy exam” services on social media.

⚖ ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL PENALTIES
👉 Fines: A fine ranging from 14,000,000 VND to 16,000,000 VND for taking an exam for someone else or having someone take an exam for you (Excerpt from Clause 3, Article 14 on violations of examination regulations – Decree 04/2021/ND-CP).
👉 Criminal note: Cases of forging or using fake seals and documents of agencies or organizations to take proxy exams may face criminal prosecution.

📝 HANDLING ACCORDING TO TRAINING REGULATIONS (Based on Circular 08/2021/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training).
👉 Suspending from the exam & Canceling all results of the violating test.
👉 Academic suspension for 01 year (for the first violation).
👉 EXPULSION (for secondary violations or those with a serious, organized nature).
