Functions of the Department Leadership

• Advise the President on the management, formulation, and implementation of activities within the domain of the University’s student affairs.

• Organize, manage, and comprehensively direct the operations of the Department of Student Affairs in accordance with assigned functions and duties.

• Direct, assign, inspect, and supervise the execution of tasks by subordinate specialized teams, ensuring the unit’s operational efficiency.

• Decide and resolve matters within the department’s management scope; sign and approve documents and records within authorized authority.

• Propose solutions to advance student affairs, enhance management quality, and optimize service efficiency for learners.
