Missions and Responsibilities 

The Student Consulting, Support and Management Team is a working unit under the Student Affairs Department, responsible for advising and organizing the implementation of consulting, support, management, and student care activities according to assigned functions and tasks throughout the students’ studying and training process at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. The Team coordinates with internal and external units to build a friendly, safe, student-centered learning environment, contributing to improving the quality of support services and the comprehensive development of learners.

  • Advising and implementing student consulting, support, care, and management activities in accordance with the University’s regulations.

  • Advising and deploying Academic Advising activities to consult, support, and guide students and parents on matters related to students’ study and training at the University.

  • Advising, consulting, supporting, and guiding students in complying with regulations on on-campus and off-campus accommodation in accordance with University regulations and the law.

  • Advising, deploying, and guiding the implementation of policies and regimes for students; tuition fee exemptions and reductions, scholarships, rewards, disciplinary actions, and student training result evaluations as regulated.

  • Advising, organizing, and coordinating the annual “Citizenship – Student Week” program; coordinating the dissemination and popularization of the University’s internal rules and regulations to students.

  • Acting as the focal point for managing and implementing Student Club activities linked to study, training, hobbies, and campus life.

  • Coordinating with faculties, institutes, and related units in monitoring and supporting disadvantaged students, students at risk of academic warning, and other student groups in need of assistance.

  • Advising, organizing, and managing activities to connect and develop the university-wide alumni network; coordinating programs and activities to engage alumni with relevant units.

  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Leadership of the Student Affairs Department and the University.
